Brigadier General (Res.) Pinchas (Pini) Yungman is a prominent figure in Israel's defense sector, renowned for his pivotal role in developing the nation's air and missile defense systems. During his distinguished 28-year career in the Israeli Air Force, he held various command and staff positions, significantly contributing to Israel's defense capabilities.
Following his military service, Yungman joined Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of the Air Defense Systems Division. In this capacity, he was instrumental in the design, development, production, and deployment of critical defense systems, including the Iron Dome and David's Sling.
Yungman is now the President of TSG, a leading defense technology company, where he leads strategic partnerships for its cutting-edge air defense, intelligence, and command-and-control solutions, as well as planning and developing next-generation technologies to address evolving challenges. Beyond his executive roles, Yungman has been involved in initiatives aimed at advancing defense technologies and strategies. He also initiated and implemented the first program designed to incorporate female soldiers in combat positions in the Israeli Army.
