Yair Maor is Mobilicom’s Vice President of Sales for Europe and the Middle East (EMEA). He is a seasoned executive with a proven track record in global sales, marketing, and business development across the Defense & Aerospace, Cybersecurity, and IT sectors.
As Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) ELTA Systems, Maor led international sales efforts that generated over $1.6 billion in annual revenue. During his more than a decade at Gilat Satellite Networks, Maor held senior roles including General Manager of EMEA and Head of the Defense Division, where he secured strategic Tier-1 partnerships with major players such as EE/British Telecom, Orange, and Vodafone.
At RAD, a core company within the $1.8 billion RAD-Bynet Group, Maor led multidisciplinary teams across multiple geographies, driving growth in the ICT, 5G, and IIoT markets. Earlier in his career at Orckit Communications, Maor developed and expanded high-value business with top-tier clients in Japan and the U.S., including KDDI and Verizon, achieving over $550 million in sales in these competitive markets.
Maor holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering and an MBA from Tel Aviv University. A retired Lieutenant Commander in the Israeli Navy, he is also a distinguished graduate of the elite Academic Reserve Program.
