Dan Slasky has served as President and CEO of the Aeronautics Group since 2023.
Prior to joining Aeronautics, Slasky served as CEO of SCD, a global leader in the development and production of advanced infrared sensors, video engines, and laser technologies for defense, homeland security, space, and industrial applications. Under his leadership, SCD operated as a technology-driven company with a large semiconductor fabrication facility and a strong international footprint, including subsidiaries in the United States and the United Kingdom.
Before SCD, Slasky held a series of senior executive positions at Elbit Systems, including Senior Vice President of the Airborne Electro-Optics and Lasers Division. In this role, he oversaw five business units and managed operations with a significant global presence spanning the United States, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Canada, Israel, and South America. Slasky also served as a board member of four Elbit Systems subsidiaries across Israel, Singapore, and the United Kingdom.
Slasky holds a BSc in Engineering from Columbia University, USA, an MBA from Ben-Gurion University, Israel, and completed the Senior Executive Management Program at INSEAD, France.
