Cancellation policy

Cancellation/Postponement Terms:

  • Cancellation by you: You are entitled to cancel your registration to the Event and receive a refund of the fees originally paid to Israel Defense (except a ILS 100 bank charge) if you notify Israel Defense prior to October 18, 2023. Following this date, no refund shall be provided.  In order to cancel your registration, a request must be sent to [email protected] specifies the Registration date, Full Name, and your Contact details.


  • Cancellation/Postponement by Israel Defense: Postponement or cancellation of an Event by Israel Defense and/or change of display areas/name of the Event (a “Change”) will be at Israel Defense’s sole discretion and for any reason. You hereby waive any argument and/or claim and/or demand in this regard.
    • If the Event is cancelled, you shall be fully reimbursed for any sums previously paid by you with regards to this Proposal. You shall be refunded within 28 days from receive cancellation request. Refund will be done by the same payment method chosen when making the registration.
    • If the Event is postponed, you have the right to send a notice to cancel its participation as set forth within ten (10) days following notice of postponement, and you shall be able to receive full refund of the fees originally paid. Israel Defense agrees that the postponed event shall take place in the year following the original date of the event, otherwise you shall have the right to cancel its participation and to receive a refund of the price originally paid to Israel Defense.
